The writing pad software used to automatically load but not anymore after updated to v9.1.0. The desktop shortcut to Penpower EZ Go stops working as well. Need to manually click PPHandWrite.exe to start the software.

The PenPower Diamond JR supports the following Windows versions: Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, and Windows XP. As you can see, there is the possibility to use it on Windows 10.
For 32 and 64bit versions, you also require more resources like:
32 bit OS:At least 1GB of available hard disk space
64 bit OS:At least 2GB of available hard disk space</li>
When I switched to Windows 10 and reinstalled PenPower Jr., the software is not able to identify the PenPower Pad. What can I do?

You need to disable Driver Enforcement in Windows 10 in order to install the driver for device to be recognized. Go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Restart. Wait to restart then choose Troubleshooting > Startup and reset again. Choose option 7 when the list is presented, then boot and reinstall the software. Attach the device as well and it should be installed. Accept any warnings that might appear related to driver installation and continue. Reboot the PC and then you can use the device normally.
